The first winery to visit is Chateau Rubaiyat in Medovo which is just a short drive from our starting point.
Then continue to Minkov Brothers near Karnobat, famous with its Minkov Brothers and Cycle brands of red and white wines.
Next stop is Domaine Boyar's Blueridge Winery in Sliven. Named for the bluish hue of the Balkan Mountains towering above it, this winery is a proud symbol of contemporary wine industry in Bulgaria and is one of the most modern and technologically advanced wineries in all Eastern and Central Europe. The next stop in Sliven is Windy Hills Winery.
The last stop for the day is the beautiful setting of Edoardo Miroglio Wine Cellar and taste their award wining white and red wines. Early evening return to Burgas/Sunny Beach.
