Day 3
Locations: Pirin Golf & Country ClubIf you have no golfers in your party, there is plenty to explore and do around.
Obviously, if it’s winter seasoon, skiing and snowboarding should definitely be on the list. Bansko has become the top snow resort in Eastern Europe in the past couple of years, drawing many ski/snowboard lovers. The town was a host to Women’s and Men’s Ski World Cup finals in 2009 and 2010.
In any other season, the activities are abundant. There are plenty of hiking opportunies, from easy walk in the woods to strenuous hikes, including tackling Mt Vihren (2,914m), the second highest peak in Buglaria.
You may also enjoy horse back riding, biking, fishing, or simply exploring the charming town of Bankso.
Day 4
Locations: Pirin Golf & Country ClubThe “Old Town” of Bansko preserves its historic character and charm and there are multiple museums and landmarks in the town of national significance. Traditional restaurants, called mahanas, serve local culinary specialties as well as the customary Bulgarian cuisine.
